LeadBoost LLC operates LeadBoost and Alister, the software used to deliver advertising, website, communications, reporting, and AI-assisted follow-up services. This policy covers our website, software, and related services.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, service preferences, and messages. When you connect a Meta account, we may receive the account and business identifiers, Pages, Instagram professional accounts, ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, audiences, performance metrics, lead-form information, and permissions that you authorize through Meta.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, connect authorized business assets, create and manage advertising, display reporting, route leads, provide communications and AI-assisted follow-up, maintain security, support customers, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations. We use Meta data only to provide features requested by the customer who authorized access.
Access tokens and account permissions
Meta provides access tokens after an authorized user completes Meta's login and permission process. We use those tokens only to perform authorized actions. Customers can revoke access through Meta or request that LeadBoost disconnect their account. We do not ask customers to share their Facebook or Instagram passwords.
Service providers and disclosures
We may use service providers for hosting, databases, security, communications, analytics, payments, and business operations. They may process information only as needed to provide those services. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
Mobile information
We do not share mobile phone numbers, text-message opt-in information, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide this information to service providers that help us deliver messages, operate the service, prevent fraud, or comply with law, and only for those purposes.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while an account or service relationship remains active and as reasonably necessary for security, support, legal, and accounting purposes. Customers may disconnect Meta access at any time. To request deletion of information associated with a connected Meta account, follow our Data Deletion Instructions.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information you have provided, subject to legal and operational requirements. You may also revoke LeadBoost's access from your Meta account settings.

We may update this policy as our services change. The date above identifies the latest version.
