LeadBoostServices
LeadBoost LLC provides advertising, website, communications, reporting, and AI-assisted follow-up services using Alister and related tools. A separate order or service agreement may define a customer's scope, timing, fees, usage allowances, responsibilities, and cancellation terms.
Customer accounts and authorization
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for ensuring that users who connect business assets have authority to do so. By connecting a Meta account, you authorize LeadBoost and Alister to access and act on the selected Pages, Instagram accounts, ad accounts, and related data within the permissions you approve. You may revoke that access at any time.
Advertising and usage charges
Advertising spend is paid separately to the applicable advertising platform and is not included in a LeadBoost subscription unless a written agreement says otherwise. Voice, text-message, email, AI, and other metered usage may incur additional charges as described in the applicable order or service agreement.
Calls and text messages
If you separately opt in, you agree to receive recurring informational and marketing calls and text messages from LeadBoost LLC at the number you provide. Communications may use automated technology and an artificial, prerecorded, or AI-assisted voice. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text to opt out of further texts or HELP for help. You may also revoke consent through any reasonable method that clearly communicates your request.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your offers, advertising claims, customer lists, consent records, content, and instructions. You must use the services lawfully and comply with Meta's terms, advertising standards, and other applicable platform rules.
AI-assisted features
AI-generated content and responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. Customers are responsible for reviewing important settings, claims, offers, and communications and for providing appropriate supervision and escalation instructions.
Third-party platforms
The services may depend on Meta and other third-party providers. Their availability, policies, account decisions, pricing, and performance are outside LeadBoost's control. Connecting an account does not guarantee that a platform will approve or deliver an advertisement.
No guaranteed outcomes
Marketing and advertising results vary by business, market, offer, budget, platform, and other factors. LeadBoost does not guarantee a particular number of leads, appointments, sales, or revenue.
Acceptable use
You may not use the services to violate law, infringe rights, send communications without required consent, mislead people, interfere with service operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
Intellectual property
The LeadBoost and Alister names, software, website design, and original content belong to LeadBoost LLC unless otherwise stated. Customers retain ownership of the content and business data they provide.
